Fix battered amphibian gloves with amphibian skin

Hi,
I have battered amphibian gloves and pieces of amphibian skin.
I don't find what to do with the amphibian skin but I would like to fix my battered amphibian gloves.
It would be great if there was a craft-person somewhere (even very far away) able to repair the battered amphibian gloves.

Yes, that's why it seems easy to implement
(and it would add some glory to the art of repairing, in addition to the Brimhaven green dress shop)

My point is you don't need to repair them, just go get the unbattered version.

Implementing stuff like this. I'm not going to say it's difficult but it's kind of tedious and warrants a lot of testing.
