It's completely dynamic. It's unique every time.
And she's not in the town. She's outside the town

If the one thief of the Guild tells you so, then it's correct.
And: near the town - not only near the entrance of the town.

Search for the original Crackshot's cave. Not to be confused with another ruthless crackshot (Defy). It took ages for me to grasp the difference
