Just remember, you are not grinding for an ELyR, you are grinding for XP.
I told you before, it took me 944 weak poisons before looting one. Just focus on the XP gain.

thanx for that but i always enjoy grinding in BWM.I love the drop rates to u get.You can always get 2-3 drops (though not useful)
Also, the gold drop by trainers is the highest u get in the game at present i guess.
So, all in all I love there

Got my Elyr last night, and now just need the CHAR to complete the collection. MF at 4. I had 667 bones and 180 weak poisons. The drop was in the middle room, bottom left corner for me.

Yes, grinding at BWM is nice, and levels go by quickly. The ROL is awesome at BWM. I could grind without going to the cabin or using potions. As you guys said, the drops are great. Lots of gold, and 58 BW daggers and 44 BW swords.

Can't wait for the new release!! Awesome game!

Before i wouldn't think of taking 2 trainers at a time
Now i kill 3 just because i will heal by killing or hitting them

just got the ELYR at 347 Wp + 45 WP(earlier) = 392 WP.

I got my first ElyR after 501 wp with MF=0 + 331 with MF=2, total 832; but my second after only 98 weak poisons (MF still at 2.) As I now have two complete sets of the L&E items, plus a few additional, I do not plan to add any more skill points to MF. I do not know whether it is because of the MF, or just that after having to kill over 40,000 gargoyle masters and trainers to get my first RoLS my luck had to change, but I have been getting the L&E items at an extraordinary rate ever since that first RoLS. It has been great fun!
I still sympathize with all grinding for these items, especially when they have passed the 10,000 or 1000 kill mark without having gotten the item. I am sure you will get them eventually, and maybe you will also then have a spell of fabulously good luck as I have. I hope so.

this hunt is tedious....
but im getting a certain level of enjoyment out of slaying the trainers!

these guys gave my 'Level One' SERIOUS problems!!!
now it's payback time!

Edit 1/26/12: just got my ElyR this morning, at 200 poisons!
And spent a lot of my gold on speed potion so I can get 4 attacks per turn with it.
Back to the Iqhan caves so I can try to get more skill points
