Neither link is helpful. Second one shows virtually nothing.
First one simply shows the lists of issues. I look at this list weekly and don't recall reading about potions.

First one shows the lists of issues and new revisions (r###):
  • r206 (see content_itemlist.xml changes)
Second one shows the root of everything: Its better to point you to a general way to gather informations, instead of just pointing you here and there.

I agree.

I think a potion of Shadow Regeneration might be a cool alternative
You would have shadow regeneration for X turns

Light Potion of Shadow Regeneration X = 10
Regular Potion of Shadow regeneration X = 20
Major Potion of Shadow Regeneration X = 30

You could use the same formula for Bark Skin, More Critcals, or Better Criticals.
I feel the Critical potions would be easily abused but the temperary DR or life gain might be a fun lil potion. We would have to make them REALLY expencive and hard to get to. I feel some sort of limit would have to be set.
The temporary Bark Skin and Criticals would be fun, and they could be part of a set of effects (like how the potion of blind rage gives you extra AC & HP but reduces your BC & DR).

But I'm not sure I see the point to a Shadow Regeneration potion - why not just take a potion of health to get the healing benefit right away?

Maybe we could also get a potion to resist conditions? Also, maybe a new quest leading to a potion to cure Chaotic Grip.
