I play with the quickslots open and have probably used countless potions on accident, great idea Nyktos!

As far as the D-pad is conserned, i never use it and don't plan on starting any time soon.

My problem is absentmindedness. I forget to close the quickslots. I usually have a million scattered thoughts distracting me, lol. That is when I slide my finger over to move, or tap, and accidentally click one.

I don't use the d-pad either, but I still like it for the fact that it adds more options for people who may use it and that gets more people to play.

i use the d-pad when grinding for rare drops in the same set of screens,
because you can just hold the direction to keep the battle going...
as opposed to tap - tap - tap - tap- tap.

but, it is a little dangerous...
when combat is so effortless - you can take heavy damage, quickly!
so keep your wits about you & save often.

dont wanna lose your rare drop cause you died & reloaded...

Confused. I can do the same thing without having to use the D-pad. If i hold my finger down on the screen the adveturer goes to my finger. I'm not required to Tap tap tap my way around on long journeys. (Maybe i am missing what your getting at here)

with no d-pad, you repeatedly tap the screen to strike the enemy...

with a d-pad, you just hold a direction down & battle continues until one of you dies.

so, if im on my way to the gargoyle cave with a ring in mind...
i travel without the d-pad.

when i get to the cave, i turn on the d-pad...
for the reasons listed above.
