Tower sheilds are hard t move around while in combat but do offer a great amount of protection.

I like this one. In real world there was some really heavy shield with peak at the bottom. When using this over sized heavy shield you are forced to strike the peak on the groud and then it was more like cover than shield...

You gave me an idea for a new legendary item...

Tower Sheild of Elytharan's Might
BC: +20%
DR: 3
Raises move cost by 1AP
Elytharan Regeneration: +1HP every round

(maybe make it so if you have the ROLS equipped neither item will give you regeneration)

If it's going to be a Legendary item I don't think it should raise move cost.

Or it should offer more in exchange like +2 max AP (like the redeemer) and also have "bless"for another +5% AC, which would also make it a unique shield - the only one to increase AC.

The "bless" actor condition wont stack.

Idea:

Version A:
Tower Sheild of Elytharan's Might
BC: +20%
DR: 3
Raises move cost by 1AP
Raises Max AP by 2AP
Elytharan Regeneration: +1HP every round
*(maybe make it so if you have the ROLS equipped neither item will give you regeneration)

or

Version B:
Tower Sheild of Elytharan's Might
BC: +20%
DR: 3
Elytharan Regeneration: +1HP every round
*(maybe make it so if you have the ROLS equipped neither item will give you regeneration)

I like the idea of the Shadow Regeneration and Elytharan Regeneration conflicting. +1
A or B sounds good.

Elytharan redeemer (Abbreviation: ElyR)
Category: Weapon
Attack cost: 5
Attack chance: 25%
Attack damage: 3-8
Block chance: 5%
Boost max AP: 2
Actor condition: Bless (gives 5% Attack chance)

Combined Stats:
AP (attack cost): 5
Total AP: +4AP
AP(move cost): +2AP
AC: 25%
AD: 3-8
BC: +25%
Actor condition: Bless (gives 5% Attack chance)
Elytharan Regeneration: +1HP every round

Consittering you can get your Attack cost down to 4 with the J.o.F. this combination would be pretty choice if you could manage to get both pieces. ^_^ If you don't go madd first.bahahahahahaa

This combination won't work in version 0.7.0 because the ELyR is a 2 handed weapon. hence you can't use a shield

Maybe that could be a special effect of having both (kinda like having a set item)

The bonus of having both is that you would be able to weild both sword and shield at once (like magic!)

Why does everyone seem to think move cost increase is a huge penalty? I basically never move in combat... partly because I find it hard to hit the flee button and I rarely get hit anyways...
