The DotSP & Vilain's blade would be a killer combo!

Another idea: fencing blade & superior iron dagger.
For anyone who ever watched Highlander the series, I'm picturing it would be like Methos with his hidden short sword, except his main one is probably more like the balanced steel sword.

that, sir, is the brilliance of the build.
the synergy of the build does not require hardly any ac. landing 1 successful proc from the chaos reaper is adequate enough. After looking it up, it adds 5 counts of chaos grip per proc.
After landing only 1 proc, you have lowered their effective bc by 50% and dr by 5.
If you were to get 2 successful procs in 1 round, you will lower their bc 100%!!! And their dr by 10!!! So as you can see, ac and ad are not worth the investment on this build. All your points r belong to bc.
Now remember the skill tree investment...
1 IF early level to satisfy hp requirements
1 taunt - opponent loses 2 ap when they miss
1 concussion - very easy to obtain once they have been gripped by chaos a few times

I would take chaos reaper over any other weapon all day. Chaos reaper easily outpaces barbed dagger.
With this build, your character is practically invincible

It also depends on if chaotic grip stacks. But you could also use reaper with DotSP to lower their block chance and DR then finish them off with a critical hit.
