Thy: Yes i almost forgot about the Blackwater Daggers and Swords that you can find up in the mountains...
So...
These 3 Rare Items are droped by regular NPCs in game:
Jinxed Rings, Blackwater Dagger, And the Blackwater Sword
And there are a bunch that can also be bought in stores thru-out the land: (Just a few examples)
Villian's Ring, Worn Plate Gloves, Blackwater Leather Armor, Blackwater Poisoned Dagger, etc

Jinxed Ring of Damage Resistance is not a rare item, I got one since I moved out of the Kazaul hellhole into the Iqhtan chaotic caves. Maybe it should be rare, but dunno. I don't like those rings anyways
but they sell for quite some cash heheh
