Yes, you can put it there. But, it's said that dual wielding isn't worth it until you have reached level 30 and put another skill in it.

Villain's Ring is better than Troublemaker's Ring. Just buy 2 Villain's Rings.

Do you know the troll left of the Tower?
What level should I try to attempt that thing so I can get to the rouges and do the quest.

He seems like a badass! Haha. I'll try and 2 Questions. Where is the dwarves cave thingy for fallen treasure task % when you hit the treasure chest in the bottom right and click the treasure bag, and those 3 bags pop up above your health bars. What are those for?

Woop. I figured out that the bags are quick slots. But still can't find Dwarves cave.

You can be a badass too!
not sure about number one..but the bags are quickslots for consumable items, like potions and food. makes for quick consumption.

and get some decent armor stat! villains leather armor, lightweight chainmail, hardened leather shirt is very good early on as well.
