There are three potions that increase your max AP, including two from Lodar. One of them will also lower your move cost. There are also equippable items that can increase your max AP, lower your move cost, or your lower your attack cost. Currently though, there is nothing that lowers either your use item or your re-equip costs.

Potion of haste cost 2357 each and the effects are :+2 AP ,lowers move cost by 1AP,lowers item use by 2 AP lowers equip change by 2AP for 11 rounds

Yeah I done a green maze run to make sure I wasn't crazy lol then my phone got stolen. I got my phone back a day later and it was somehow it was factory reset. Lost a level 70 character and 3 level 40 characters :-( no back up files

Hmm I see your point but I think it is pretty well balanced that the use item cost is 5 AP. That way you cannot heal up that quickly (unless with a bonemeal potion) and the player has to manage his resources wisely in combat.
