That's in the dialogue somewhere? It's certainly a planned place name, but I didn't realize it was mentioned anywhere. I added it to the list though

It's that grumpy guy Celdar in the Crossroads tavern.
"I have travelled all the way from my home town of Sullengard, and on my way to Brimhaven, I have stopped at this place to get a break from all the commoners that always bother me with their trinkets and whatnots."
