That's in the dialogue somewhere? It's certainly a planned place name, but I didn't realize it was mentioned anywhere. I added it to the list though :)

It's that grumpy guy Celdar in the Crossroads tavern.

"I have travelled all the way from my home town of Sullengard, and on my way to Brimhaven, I have stopped at this place to get a break from all the commoners that always bother me with their trinkets and whatnots."
