Its an ac dmg build
In my opinion , u should prioritize dmg as the hirathil have higher dmg res. And high hp try hit and run and save

For the moment, I have Dagger, shield and light armor (from the end of the charwood quests). I did not put any points in to a weapon "specialization" yet. See photo
