IMO, the JoF needs to be renamed and moved as it is to overpowered for the region.

I agree, although I wouldn't rename it or move it. I would just make it much harder to get.
Anyway, I have evil plans for JoF and Marrowtaint

necklace of undead is my instant hp charger. don't even use potions walking by lodar's ghosts or arulirs. using monsters as super mario's gold bricks is fun.

why not include the Superior Necklace of the protector and Necklace of lifesteal?

I agree. Superior necklace of the protector is far better than Irogotu's necklace (8BC and 2DR) stoutford's combat amulet is also not so bad. But I still prefer Marrowtaint.
And about necklace of the Undead, I don't use it... I dual wield 2 RoL so I have enough HP regen.
