Or did you check the format of the android version? Would be hard as there are many versions available in the future.
Hopefully this was clear.

Email confirmation together with a simple question, "are you a spambot" with correct answer "no", kept my forums 100% clean for 3 full years. But you could throw in a captcha when registering.

It seems to have gotten a lot worse the past week, maybe someone figured a way around the checks?

All by 1 account which is an improvement. I am up to about 30 accounts banned and 5 full domains just today. Since taking the measures I mentioned earlier things have considerably calmed down but as I said we will continue to monitor and do our best to remove any spam as soon as possible.

We appreciate everyone who reports posts it just makes it that much easier to take care of them.

Happy to report them. I always get excited because I think there's a new post and then disappointed to see it's just spam.
