Hello, I'm new here and don't know, if that has been noticed yet:
In version 6.11 the boars (which where not translated 'til then) became bears in the german translation
(wild boar => Wilder Bär). May I suggest "Eber" instead?
And the anklebiters: I assume they are boars too (having a similar icon)?
German translation now names them "Wildhund". What about "Keiler" (or even "Wadenbeißer")?
Greetings,
Mayweed

I don't think that they look like pigs. What actually are they?

Für anklebiter gibt es nichts, was ich gefunden habe.

We need some decisions for the upcoming release.
Code: Select all
English > current Translation > new Translation
Wild Boar > Wilder Bär > Eber? / wilder Eber?
Rabid Boar > Tollwütiger Bär > Tollwütiger Eber?
Cave dwelling boar > Höhlenbär > Höhleneber?
Anklebiter > Wildhund > Keiler? / Wadenbeißer?
What do you think?

I think, Samuels suggestions are very good,
instead, an ankle-biter is a small dog or a little child, but the picture fits to a "Keiler"

I only gathered the ones proposed.

So I will use:
- Wilder Eber
- Tollwütiger Eber
- Höhleneber
- Keiler
If no one gives a veto.

Nice to hear that. We have translated around 1 / 5 of the conversationlist.
You should PM Bomber to ask what to translate next? Currently the latest translated conversationlist is "conversationlist_maelveon". (I am currently proofreading to this one.)
@Phoenixor, @Bomber, @Tutar, @cngunners:
Has anyone of you started Translation after the conversationlist "conversationlist_maelveon"? ("conversationlist_bwm_agent_1" and below)

would you be interested in trying to get some of the "new stuff" translated by the time [v0.7.0] rolls out?
i can probably get you the text way before it's committed
i wasn't sure how caught up you guys were,
or how eager you were for more dialogue...
just curious
