So the chance for RoLS must be bigger then 0.01 , since i got 2 in 900 kills ( i don't think i'm that lucky).

You are THAT lucky. I could have gotten 14 RoLS in 14 shadow gargoyle trainers. Just because you got something a lot doesn't mean that that's the chance. It doesn't work that way.
