I'm searching for it now.

Started looking at level 18. I'm halfway to 21 now.

Anyone else reminded of the Sword of Kings in Earthbound?

I think that may have actually had a lower drop rate, though.

EDIT: 99 ROCKS! Still not level 21! WOOOOOT!

(I have 100 in my inventory, but I picked up one from a Gargoyle on my way into the cave.)

Edit 2: No ranks in MF, either.

Now, going to finish out level 21, and then go finish a few quests.

I'm about ready to just give up on it :/ I have been in gargoyle cave since about lvl 26 (I am lvl 42 now.) My MF is lvl 3. I have accumulated approx 2k rocks, 1k potions... Last night I did the reload-trick and was killing an average of 20 spawns in a minute (yes, I used a calculator and figured that out :/) I did that for a little over 3 hours nonstop, which is approx. 3600 spawns... With MF at 3, my odds should be roughly 1:4k. I have killed WELL OVER 10k of these darn spawns... I think my MF doesn't work, and I must be incredibly unlucky :c

I FINALLY FOUND MY FIRST RoLS! At approx. 2400 rocks (with MF at lvl 5)

MF at lvl 5? Wow, you should do well getting Exceptional and Legendary items. Personally I'm probably keeping mine at lvl 1 till I get MUCH higher in level, I'm too greedy for other skills, lol.

Well, time for you to get all of the other uncommon items out there.
