As far as a quick load feature, when you are on your game screen, hit the back button and it will take you to the main menu screen automatically, and from there you hit load, and there ya go!!!

Yeah, loading doesn't take that long, usually.

Though the screen always goes to the inn first when you die.

Yeah, but sometimes it takes a while to actually load up that screen.

At which point I've already hit the back button to get to the main menu., and have to wait for the bed screen to load up first before I can reload.

Basically, I'm saying it ALWAYS does that first.

I have to admit, I just wanted to write a similar topic when I found this one
Being through the quests atm, I realized how often I had to save/load the game (Spiders!). An option for a quicksave/load would be nice. Whether as GUI on the touchscreen (use at your own risk) or when pressing menu button.
