Hard hit is too weak as a skill by itself.

Hard Hit does help a lot in the start, when 1 extra damage is a relatively big difference. But later on I just am going to get it for cleave and concussion. First max Bark Skin :-)

Just about all the combat-related skills (except Combat Speed) become irrelevant at the higher levels. They're only useful for unlocking other skills. Of course that is imo, I'm sure others would beg to differ.

the new additions [v0.7.0] must be tested & felt out (for the sake of balance)
before we can make a decision like that...

i have a three tiered skill tree that i am working on,
and we are contemplating the implementation of another [third] way to gain skills - Training


1. Four XP Levels
2. Quest Reward
[ 3. Training ]

remember when we mentioned the player paying 10,000 gold for a premium skill?

actually, i was pushing for...

lower level skills - $5K
mid level skills - $10k
high level skills - $15k
master skills - [quest only]


[all "training skills" are unresleased / new skills]
(no need for retroactivation)

i just checked our task manager & i wanna quote Oskar...
[to satiate the most rabid of our players]

We’ll boost them for the next update: HH +3, weapon acc +15%, dodge: 10%


bear in mind - this game isn't finished & you might lose a few points...
the other alternative? ---force Oskar to write a patch---
so that we all get our skill points back.

please, don't ask for this.

it will only slow down the whole project.
we can't worry about old players when the game isn't even done yet...
and everyone begs for faster updates.
