Hard Hit does help a lot in the start, when 1 extra damage is a relatively big difference. But later on I just am going to get it for cleave and concussion. First max Bark Skin

Just about all the combat-related skills (except Combat Speed) become irrelevant at the higher levels. They're only useful for unlocking other skills. Of course that is imo, I'm sure others would beg to differ.

the new additions [v0.7.0] must be tested & felt out (for the sake of balance)

and we are contemplating the implementation of another [third] way to gain skills - Training
