You guys are killing me. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but there is no Valugha Guild. It exists why, because there is a robe and hat?

Perhaps there is also a cane and candelabra, and once you collect the whole set your quest becomes locating the enchanted grand piano.

But there's at least proof of the existence of someone named Valugha, maybe one day we'll run into him and he'll be wearing the hat and robe, and also have some kind of staff (I picture him as a wizard/mage type).

He used to be one of the most renowned clothing designers of his day (hence the labels in the garments), and hailed from Nor City where he had his shop as well, so your both right.

There are plenty of weird names in AT. You don't see some guy named Iqhan, do you? So, Valugha may or may not be a character, and it may or may not be a place, but I personally think that it's just another loose end for questmakers to work on if they're interested in it. And at the moment, nobody's volunteering to make a quest about Valugha, so, I guess there is no one called Valugha in the game... Unless our Captain Awesome has a surprise in store?

There's something intriguing about finding a hat and a robe that belonged to Valugha.
Definitely some stuff for future use, be it a quest or some funny description on a grave
And maybe we'll even see Handalf the Whiye
