I look forward to playing Nor City when it's done! A big city should be fun ... Lots of people, the rich and powerful, the dregs and drudges, the Feygard spies (?)....

Any idea if 0.7.0 is too early for it to appear?

no - sorry, Nor City is just too big!

but i want to try & tie in some development quests,
to pave the way for the hero's arrival - in the next update.

i really fell behind in the past couple weeks,
so i will work hard to try & catch up with Oskar and the others.

[still gotta few more filler quests to finish writing first]
