I agree.
Plus, breaking them into 2 skills will make neither one attractive. I would never invest SP in Envision if all it was good for was fleeing.

hmm.. i hear some whispers about; agressive monsters and monsters able to move closer to you when you are middle of combat. ... IMO Novadays ability of "flee" is useless and ability of ensure the first blow is overpowered... I hope that in future we have something better..
