I would also recommend waiting for the next update, but if you end up with a few stored up skill points you could make a new save slot and try it out on an alternate build.

I'm consentrating on getting a really high amount of Regeneration and HP instead.
right now i regenerate 4 HP every round plus the HP gain from hitting/killing NPCs. :)

I leveled up enough to get my 2nd level of Cleave yesterday and I'm enjoying it.

I can now use the Skull Crusher on everything except the Brutes and Arulirs, for attacking mobs. Admittedly, a lot of that is also from having a high base AD & AC, since I only get 2 attacks per turn before any kills, but its nice to have it finally be a viable weapon choice. Also helps attacking mobs with the ElyR since one kill will now give me 2 more attacks, although its diminishing returns after that. And of course 3 AP cost weapons like the DotSP and BSS are even more powerful now.

Even the Giant Hammer (10 AP attack cost) gets an extra hit if you attack 2 at a time! Assuming JoF, and 2 levels of combat speed.

I don't use the cleave skill currently but think it will be more useful once we do mob movement.

I am savig Skill Points to get cleave when Mob movement gets added in. Currently i have 4 unspent SP. =)

Whoa! Did Pyro just say that he is going to get the cleave skill? Doesn't that go against everything you have been saying? :-)

jep... ;) ... it seems that in future there are "charging" monster... I cant wait :twisted:

Yeah but when V7 comes out and the NPCs start mobbing you, you will really want to have cleave. For now i stil stay with my opinion that i wouldn't waste the Sp to get cleave, but when V7 comes out it's gonna be a whole new stratagy needed to survive.

I've demo'd a version where the monsters charge at you and it is very easy to get yourself killed. hahahaha
