The size of your stick doesn't matter... it's what you do with it. hahahaha

(I use a 4.5ft staff when someone my height should be using one around 5.5ft instead)

If you chase this lil fire bug i am sure the sight of me running would be good for a cheep laugh or two too.

And no that is not an invitation to chase me around TYVM. :p

I have a question on nutrition:

I have been reading a lot lately that many studies are finding that dairy is not good for you (Anyone over the age of 5 i believe).... Should i cut it out of my diet? (well not completely but lower my diary intake)

lol pyrizzle I don't have my running shoes on at the moment :D

The problem with dairy is the high fat content and the protein combination can be hard on the digestive system it can possibly lead to blockages and damage, cancers etc. This has only been shown in high volume cases. Anything in moderation.
High fat diets obviously lead to heart problems as well.
I myself use soy milk. The best suggestion I can make is to switch to low fat dairy and minimize quantities.

There is a lot of health risk associated with common parts of a every day diet.
The biggest thing I can express to everyone is portion control and eat in moderation
