I voted for 2-2 damage for Hard Hit because it should be definitely worth spending it. Otherwise HH would have the same effect as leveling up. And you need 4 levels to activate a skills. That should make it fairer.
And btw, the dev team and I will definitely change the effect of HH.

It's really necessary!

Well here's my vote: 1-3. Reason: adding to usefulness. It's a skill point, not a regular level up. There are options that dramatically increase AC several times more than a level up option, and there is a skill to dramatically increase BC many times more than a level up option, but when it comes to damage it seems that the balance is way off, one to minimum per level up option and 2 to maximum per skill point. It feels like that balance is off, it's usefulness compared to the level up is way less than the other options. When ypu use a skill you wanna be able to feel that difference, as opposed to a lvl up without a skill point. I hope this makes sense?
