Yes, but Shadow Regeneration does not stack, so a second RoLS is not much better than some rings you can just buy.

I worked on it a little bit and got my second ring via fighting/reloading when I was adjacent to 4 enemies.
Got the second ring in no time at all (~45 minutes)!

After killing 11381 imps to get Rapier of lifesteal, took only less than 20 masters/trainers to get Ring of lesser Shadow! Now trying for 2nd one!
