But where is the town of Remgard going to be? According to the map Oskar provided us in April (see Developed/stoutford), Remgard's location is not currently known.
where are those files?

On Oscar's map, that location you describe is called Brimhaven. Did he change the name or is there 2 different cities in the same area?
I dont know this exactly. Perhaps between Loneford and Brightford: (South of Brimhaven)

how about a Skill that allows you to increase the amount of HP/AC/DAM or BC when one levels up?
that is to say, i could put one point into either of those attributes, good for all future level ups.
or maybe make a Skill that allows you to add a Skill to the currently available attributes that one gets to raise at each level. so one could add, for example, "bark skin" to the list. (assuming you had met the qualifications for that skill.)

There is already one for HP. It's called Fortitude and it is awesome. I don't know if the rest of the base stat ones would be too strong or not, but Bark Skin leveling itself on each level up is DEFINITELY broken. As soon as you level 30-40 times you will be INVINCIBLE.

sorry, let me clarify; i don't mean that you would AUTOMATICALLY boost +1 on "barkskin", or whatever, each level; only that you could CHOOSE to, rather than boosting your AC, HP, DAM, or BC. not like the fortitude skill, which is automatic.

I love "damage resistance", but being able to "level it up" is to much power. This would unbalance the game tremendously. Very much like "more criricals" has done.

That makes a little more sense, but my point still stands, who would level up BC or AD when consistently leveling Bark Skin will ultimately make you untouchable (and then AC wouldn't matter either). [Hence the reason Bark Skin is limited to 5 even when you can only level it ever 4 turns...]

so, let the Skill limit for Barkskin stand at 5. i'm not talking about changing the Skills; only making any one particular Skill more readily available. almost all of the Skills have some sort of limitation built into them already. some of the others would need limits added, i guess.

I am confused. What do you mean when you say make "Skill more readily available"?
