, I tested this and Im able to complete Flows throught the veins:
a) without meeting Minarra at all.
b) meeting Minarra and accept The path is clear to me, the but not completed it
c) meeting Minarra but not accepth any new guest

Indeed it is that. I finally made it to Remgard in between grinding for it.

Finished the first go-through for Remgard [quests complete]; now back to grinding... Still.
Over 40 and still grinding away :/
