Areas can either become "Friendly" or "Distant" depending on if you have helped them or not. Some areas that have not been released yet will be effected by what choices you have made in other areas.
There is no Alignment... but that doesn't mean you are free to do whatever you want. Some actions can come with consequences.

There are two notions related to alignment in AT, though none are good or evil.
1 - there are choices to make. Nothing is good or bad on its own. It's just your perception of it.
2 - there are "factions". When speaking to some NPCs they can end up liking you or hating you. ..

Quest knowledge here.
I am level 52 and have completed as all but 2 quests I have encountered so far (the 2 are n/a cause need nor city and other maps not yet available) if you have questions about quests or other stuff like how to get to remgard. Please ask and I will do my best as well as others who are higher then me. ......also if anyone wants to tell me how to find my quests please do! I can find no more:(
