Talk to people in Crossglen.

The only way to start quests is to talk to people. So far there is nothing else that will start a quest. If you look at my list and find a quest that you do not have in your quest list, start at home and talk to everyone again methodically moving from town to town. In some cases, people who wouldn't talk to you in a previous version will now talk to you. You also might want to write down the names of the people you meet. One quest has you talk to like eight different people, and it will take you forever to complete unless you know where the people are.

Where can i find Lodars hideaway?

He is not in the current version of the game.

Finally I found it!!!
Its below the graveyard in Fallhaven. You have to dig for it.

Ask Rigmor in the north west of Fallhaven about a shovel, he will give it to you after you do him a favor. (Some mead will finally convince him.)
Then you need to dig where the 2 statues are. (at the graveyard in the north east of Fallhaven)

Are you sure its rigmor ? Cause she wont give me a shovel
