I just got one myself. I scrolled down the inventory list after a run through the mountain cave and there it was. I figured I'd be scrolling through that list a whole lot more times (seeing nothing). It got dropped with only 123 Weak poisions collected. I think it's payback for the 3145 small rocks and no RoLS.
I'm on a mad dash to get one now. I have already gotten to level 32 from going back and forth killing the W.W.T&As.
