That would require quite a lot of grinding.

I like that idea. Having more things for players would be great but i feel like not many players would like to invest the time to get all the items required to get it.

I wouldn'd much care about that, these players should be able to complete the game as planed, and those who would be willing to gather all the items would be rewarded with additional items, maps ect. (the same way as you don't have to seach/find the extraordinary and legendary items)

I really like this idea, at the moment I try the get RoLS, but until now I had no luck:( (Lvl. 84)

My first RoLS was at like 1800 rocks :/ Second one came much quicker. Good luck on your hunt! I used the kill/reload method...

Expanding on the "key idea" here. How about there are ten different shards of a sword, with the drop ratio matching the extrodinary items, dropped by an assortment of creatures scatterd across the world. Once you have all ten peices you can either, combine them with crafting, or take them to someone who can. Of course since the drop ratio adds up the sword/weapon would be legendary.

So it would be similar to grinding for a legendary, but just a change of pace grinding wise.

I like the idea but I can see some issues with it. There would need to be 10 new enemies added to the game or one enemy would drop the 10 pieces which would lead to problem 2... If one enemy drops all ten pieces, and the pieces that are dropped are random, then I see players that will have 10 of the same piece and no sword which would make this sword way beyond legendary.

I like the idea I just think these will be major issues that would have to be worked out before this could be implemented.

Very cool idea! I would like to see something like this idea added in at some point.

Well, with dual weilding some person might desire two of this specific sword. So an extra peice is just an early headstart.
