Just noticed that the Rols stats says "Critical chance: 6%" is that the same as "Increases critical skill by X" ?

Can someone who has a Rols please post what it says exactly? I think the OP might need a lil update.

I do not have a gamefile on this phone that has the Rols at this time. soon.... soon....
