I agree, burnt ash definitely comes from other NPCs, even in the same area as the ash spawn. I currently have 462 burnt ash from grinding for a GoW. My Magic Finder level is at 4, yet still no GoW. This is obviously possible, yet if the ash spawn were the only monsters dropping the burnt ash, the probability that I would not find a GoW after all of the ash I found is 0.000112%. There would be a greater chance of me finding a legendary item in a single drop. In other words, I am getting far more burnt ash than what is dropped by the ash spawns, making burnt ash a poor measure item. By my estimate, only about 10% of the burnt ash I am finding is actually coming from the ash spawn. If that were the case, it is actually reasonable that I have not yet found a GoW (more than a 25% chance).

What does the gem of warmth do?

I think it just beautifully shines in your inventory. Maybe it could sell for quite a few bucks too.

I somehow found the RoL, ELYR and GoLF all on the same day, with MF 1.

Should we be trying to stack these GoW's up? Like, is two going to be better than one (as in the case with the RoLS's?)
