Is there a thread on the skills, how many skill points they cost, and what each does for you?
There's this:

You can also click on each skill in the game and get a description. Each one costs 1 skill point, but some require you to have used a different (but related) skill first, or have minimum requirements for your stats (level, block chance, HP, etc.).
