Hidden item outside Fallhaven

Guys, when entering Fallhaven from the west, there is an initial wooden fence entrance before you meet the one lone guard who says, "Guard: Keep out of trouble". When you enter the fence immediately make a left heading north. There is an item behind the tree that looks like a helmet to me but I cannot get it. Anyone else notice this item?

Hmm, IMO there are only one item witch you can found in ground and witch one you can equip on this game ( quest item somewhere in BWM).

What does IMO stand for and I never knew there was an item on the ground u can just stumble on and equip I'm gonna have to look for it on BWM and I have not seen any item looking thing by fallhaven but could just be a tree stump

You maby got and lose it already in:
I have completed that quest all I got was the dagger off the guy u kill and then I put it back in the necklace I didn't see nothing jusy laying around but the necklace and u can't pick it up so idk

In your house (where you start) there is something in the basket on your floor.
Other than that there isnt many other things in the game that you will find on the ground.

Yes, it is confirmed - I suffer PTSD.... there are not item on the groud witch you can pick up.

There is 12 gold in the basket on the ground in the house you start in at the begining of the game (i double checked)
