Newish To Game

I'm pretty new to the game and am level 21, I have completed most of the quests (I think XD) and am wondering what to do, anyone have any suggestions?

[also toying with the idea of one on each hand...]
not a bad way to earn $ and XP as you grind...

Nope, actually I am from the Seattle, WA.
I have been reading the book Wicked and have found myself saying wicked more often than normal.

hi to all....
i am new in this game...
plz help me to understand this game...
i am unable to understand what to do...as no clear instructions given in game and how to increase levels fast....
and how i know name of caves and is there any map for this game....please help me to understand it....
i am at level 7

the game isn't complete yet so not all areas are open and a few quests can't complete. There is a lot to do though the game related forum is a good place to start to check out for helpful posts
