Now this is total speculation, but I think we might be close to finding Lodar's Hideaway. IIRC, Ogam says something similar to "halfway between darkness and light." Well, that sounds like Feygard and Nor City. So my thought is, somewhere near the Iquan Cave is probably where you can find Lodar, and FINALLY get back to questing for Andor. Your thoughts?

Or maybe it's gonna be off the main road between vilegard and the crossroads guard house where you currently can't travel

Sorry Guys and Gals but Lodar's Hideaway isn't in V0.6.10. We are all gonna have to keep waiting to see where Lodar is hiding.

I know that. I am hoping he will appear in the next update, and speculating on his location at that time

All of us are saying it's not out yet. I think it
is - not accessible yet though. To me the light/dark comment means it's
underground.
What about that gate in back of Kuldan - I never did learn about it so maybe that's the first access point then it's underground after a bit.
For those about to mention the guards, do we know for sure the Guild and Feygard don't work together and just pretend to hate each other? Also such a hideout may well have existed before the guards arrived.
That's just my (probably wrong) opinion.

Gate in back of Kuldan? Wha? I think I've been everywhere in 6.10 except the end of the Iqhan caves, unless there is a way to get past the Kazaul Guardian on the lava bridge. Never saw a reference to Kuldan. Though there is a quest I haven't found the start to, named something about lights in the dark.
