You better watch out
You better not cry
Better not pout
I'm telling you why
Santa Claus is coming to town
He's making a list
And checking it twice;
Gonna find out Who's naughty and nice
Santa Claus is coming to town
He sees you when you're sleeping
He knows when you're awake
He knows if you've been bad or good
So be good for goodness sake!
O! You better watch out!
You better not cry
Better not pout
I'm telling you why
Santa Claus is coming to town
Santa Claus is coming to town

I was going up to Bellingham (it's about 20 mins south of Canda) on I-90 north and i swear i saw santa driving a greyish looking Jaguar (really nice lookin one too) heading north as well.

He even had the big white beard and red hat.

I hope you've been good this year. It looks like he is heading North to check his list again. ;) :D

This political correctness has been killing me for years now. Just say "merry Christmas"!
Growing up in the '80s it was "merry christmas". What happened?
We just bought and decorated our christmas tree today not our "holiday" tree.
Maybe you wouldn't feel that way if you didn't celebrate Christmas, as many Americans do not. People who are unwilling to be polite enough to wish people Happy Holidays are most likely racist, sexist, some other kind of -ist, or all of the above. They seem to be the Tea Party, America yeah type. Maybe you are not sensitive to the melting pot type of society that should be a celebrated part of American heritage (or technically, global history- disputes over fairy tales are ridiculous). There are tons of holidays during your precious Christmas season, and Christmas is a completely plagiarized holiday to begin with. Enjoy being exclusive and elitist in your holiday behaviors. Happy Holidays, everybody.

I am not of the Christian faith so Christ has nothing to do with my holidays. I say "Happy Holidays" because to me it is all inclusive. It includes all faiths/religions/races/creeds, etc.

IMHO it's not so much political correctness as it is just being aware that not everyone shares the Christian faith and some people might feel uncomfortable saying "Merry Christmas".

That being said this thread WILL NOT turn into a flame war about religion, everyone is more than welcome to discuss and debate in a mature manner, BUT no one will say anything negative about anyone else's belief system. Consider this the one and only warning.

Thanks
