How many Polished Sparkling Gems do you have so far on your search?
I currently have 68 Polished Sparkling Gem, 60 sharpened Gem, 77 Small Rock, 50 Minor Vial of Health, 47 Regular Potion of Health

sharpened gem 24
regular potion of health 31
small rock 24

i think getting ROL is hardest because of less monster

Very true:
Monsters dropping a RoLS: Shadow gargoyle trainer, Shadow gargoyle master
Monster partitions: (3+1+1+1) + (1+1) + (3+1+1+1)

Monsters dropping a RoL: Kazaul imp
Monster partitions: (3+5)

There are ALOT more monsters that drop the RoLS than the RoL.

but the weapon is worth the work u need to do

i am having terrible luck with this one!
with few mobs, i just may try reloading off one kill - repeatedly
(xp isn't an issue for me, nor are the gems)

now i know how it feels!
(still willing to trade a few RoLS for an RoL)
