Talking about rat tails and Halvor, shouldn't we add the "surprise?" Quest in the first post ?
Btw, does this quest can finish ? because rat tails are never good enough for him...

I just noticed after starting a new game. In the path between stoutford and crossglen/fallhaven. Feyguard guards suddenly spawn looking for "disallowed substances". Is this part of some new quest? What triggers the event and does it happen more than once? I haven't seen anything about it in the forums

I have had this experience on every playthrough. It occurred on random occasions whenever I am near to either Crossroads guardhouse or Floaming tavern. Going to try keeping the illegal stuff to see the outcome.

Can we have a legendary quest item prize for hiding bonemeals please?
Or maybe a helpful storage NPC for it. Haha.
They are pretty useful and about just a 6th of the price of major flask of health.

I'm having the same problem with "Missing Husband" you find him and tell her, or you can talk to her and find him, but once you go back to her, he disappeared from his spot. And so the quest can't be finished and stays in your quest log.

You'll need to find him in other place in same map. He moves around after you talk to his wife.
