I have it mentally mapped. I have no idea how I could transfer that into a picture for you though. =/

THAT IS SUCH A TEASE
I see all those cool places but until the new release I am stuck in the limited world I live in now, oh how I long for the open road, and the bright lights and sounds of Nor City.
Alas I will be a lost lad trapped amongst gargoyle trainers and masters for the time being.

That map is actually only supposed to be a guide for the people making maps and story. But I guess it could be usable for players as well 
There is an old issue about implementing an in-game worldmap that we talked about some time ago:
