Where would the best leveling site be ?

I use blackwater mountain at the moment, because i just might get a legendary drop while im at it. But it still feels slow.

I was at BWM (quickstrike build) until I could go from the cabin up to the beds in the BW settlement without burning so many bonemeal and fatigue recovery potions in a single run. Note that I sided with BWMS... Once I hit around 25, I hung around the Iqhan (north of Loneford/crossroads), where I still am at lvl 31. As quickstrike, all the mobs die before they can hit me, so its fairly quick exp (ranging from 100exp at the beginning to 250exp at the end), and because the rooms are so big and so many, there's almost no down time waiting for respawn. Plus, you can aim for the Dagger of the Shadow Priests, which is the most popular critical build weapon.

I like the snake cave just south of crossglen...lots of meat from the snakes and they're very easy to kill so u can go in n out a few times to get a decent amount of XP

lvl 1-20: snake cave
lvl 10-20: doggy cave
lvl 15-25: flagstone prison
lvl 15-30: gargoyle cave
lvl 25-35: BWM
lvl 30-40: Iquan cave
lvl 35-?: 6.11 new content

Depends a lot on what equipment/build you have but the above seems like a decent middle ground between too easy and too difficult. Feel free to adjust based on how much risk you prefer. This does not count specific L&E grinding since that can sometimes give you way more lvls than you need for an area.

I definitely recommend flagstone prison, if not for the loot to make money to buy the gear a starting adventurer needs, then most definitely for the moderately large rooms and respawn time to gain levels. That was where I preferred 15-25 until I discovered the wolf cave.
But it's just as fiernaq said, do what's comfortable, and don't be afraid to stick around a spot for a few minutes before deeming it not right for you.

I have the shadow of slayer. Sword works.great going to lodestone I level easily.and.ise.only ten.to.fiften bonemeal. I.now jist.level with.ease..
