I want to know why Calomyran secrets book was so important to the guy that I had to kill him to get it back, and why did the old man need it back so bad, who was he that he would make me go kill someone for it?

I think there was something else but I can't think of it right now...

...Nothing yet, but perhaps something in the future updates.

That is a great question, so far there has been no explination to why he needed the book so badly. I'm hoping they write another quest that either continues this quest or have a few quests that branch off of it (depending on your choices)

Maybe the Book was full of Shadow Spells?

There was another guy who was wounded in further up, also robbed of his book. Thought it sounded something like Calormiran secrets or something. So that makes two guys risking their lives for books. Interesting.

Maybe they are members of the cult of Cthulhu? hahahaha
