Ahhh in that case:

• 1. From Loneford, head north.
  2. You reach water, head east. Kill lots if frogs.
  3. Cross many bridges.
  4. Reach land and head north.
  5. Iqhan cave will be in front of you.
  6. Head east.
  7. Go south until you reach lots more bridges.
  8. Cross them to continue southeast.
  9. Good luck.

sorry to be a pain but I've crossed the bridges and I've come to the sign that says South: Loneford, East: Brimhaven (west cant understand the words) which way from there??

is the poison gland the general type or does have to be Irdegh Poison Gland? or is there a boss Iredgh i've gotta kill for it?

You need specific item "Irdegh poison gland", there are two kind of monster who may drop it

which is? Irdegh Spawn and normal Irdegh? starting to frustrate me trying to get 1 of them, have 101 bonemeals left... if i get one and die I honestly couldnt care! just fed up of having my AP down
