I'm level 39 now and still nowhere near strong enough to make it into the new parts of the game

I've done the mountain which basically meant I had to spend hours on end collecting meat to make it back and forth

Making it through the spiders after the beetle cave is just a nonstarter, going through the cave with the guys with red shields eventually becomes impossible as does going right through Lone(whatever its called)

After every fight I have to use meat to replenish, so after 300 meats I'm basically just playing the same bit of game over and over again, can't there be some decent armour to buy or something? A nice shield or half decent sword?

First a tip for you, dont eat the meat.. sell it and buy bonemeals.

I can give more tips if you tell more about your character (AC, AD,Crit chance,BC,DR, HP, skills and weapons, armours, rings, necklace)

Hmm, your AC is low. I suggest you to raise it, something like 200-250 Helps a lot. There are some items which you may like; Balanced steel sword, villain's ring, jewel of fallhaven

sword and the ring are sold in Crossroads and Jewel in Fallhaven. IMO you should also take one more combat speed and weapon accuracy and one or two times cleave.

...Im still searching this "lord"... I like to introduce my (axe) opinion about this one personally ...

The bonemeals worked, I've got well further than before, tho the spiders are a bit tough but i'll get there
