Wisps always lead to adventure...

They would be a fun addition to the game.

Thanks for all the encouragement. :D

These next four are done relatively simply, in order to make multiple types of the same thing quickly. But, they look like evil little mischief makers, as imps should be. There's fire, ice, toxic, and poison, which I thought would go well with some of the actor conditions we have.

Since it will only allow 3 attachments in one post, here's poison.

Wow, great job!
All these monsters look really evil. I hope that these tilesets will be added to the content editor, soon.
I would be very thankful if you created some new liches for my maps which I'm building currentuly. (Mount Galmore and Undertell). That'll be a great place to level up even for players with high level builds.

Ha, wow, this is brilliant!

What about a monster that is mostly transparent and that you only can spot when it moves?

Thanks Ian and Buddy. :)

I've got a couple of special orders for mobs for maps and quests in the making, but sometimes I need to split off and do something different to keep my creative juices flowing. Guess it's a bit of ADD coming out, lol.

This creature is a variant of a rock golem. Watch those ruby teeth, you might end up as it's lunch.

Those are all AWESOME creatures! I especially like the bloodknight, the imps and the treant... I noticed the treant is much larger... Would it be possible to have larger monsters in the game? I can see stumbling across the giant treant after a long brutal journey through a dead and dark forest filled with skeletal knights and other such undead beasts

Thanks, guys! :D

The Treant is actually MUCH larger than your normal everyday non-boss mob. Your everyday mob is 36x36 pixels in size (that includes transparent pixels). The Treant is 64x96 pixels in size. ;) I really prefer to at least work in 36x64 pixels, because 36x36 is so limited. I could always do 64x64 for some mobs and someone could shrink it to 36x36 so that the smaller tile has slightly higher detail in a smaller image, if they like. I really look forward to creating some truly massive (relatively) creatures for those of higher levels to challenge. ;)

I like the way you think. I figure that fighting a Treant would be much like chopping down a tree with your sword, not an easy feat.

When I came up with monsters for Pieramyd Productions, the small gaming company I was part of, I came up with some pretty strange creatures, over 200 in their "Creature Feature". Although limited by the small size, I'm going to try to come up with some mind-bending creatures for Andor's Trail as well. ;) We'll see what warped things come from my mind, lol.
