Sometimes I receive multiple actor conditions on one hit. Is that possible?

yup, and in the next version...
you will be able to inflict two Actor Conditions in one hit as well!!!
(e.g. Chaotic Grip & Bleeding Wounds)
Dual Wield the Chaos Reaper & Barbed Dagger.
[each weapon has a 50% chance of inflicting negative effects]
so - in some cases, both Actor Conditions will hit. (in a single blow)

That makes me wish even more than I already did that the ShadowFang caused Fatigue on the victim and not the user (us).

yeah, i even asked Oskar to change it - in light of the new skills...
he refused, but said that we will have "other options" in that reguard.
so, at least we have that!

That gives me an idea to suggest (feel free to move this to the ideas thread):
Wyrm Claw Dagger:
Attack Cost: 4 AP
AC: 20%
AD: 3-5
HP: +5
On hit: 50% chance of inflicting Fatigue on target
Quest: The same guy who sells the Restore Fatigue potions (I forget his name) in BWM Settlement tells you thanks to the claws you provided, his studies have led him to believe that in addition to the cure, he can also create a weapon that would inflict Fatigue. He tells you he's already used up his supply of Wyrm claws, so he'll need 10 more, and a couple other supplies: a sharp iron dagger, 1 restore Fatigue potion (he's not giving them away for free after all), and a large empty vial/flask. He explains the dagger will be mostly covered in a coating made of crushed wyrm claws (ground into the empty flask), and the restore Fatigue potion is used to treat the handle so its not accidentally self inflicted. He then sells it to us for 500 gold and tells us the process was very labor intensive so don't expect him to make any more, even if we offer more gold.
