kazaul rotworms have been eating me from the inside for far too long. that lich can rot in hell. i need an irdegh poison gland for the priest to brew me a cure. i have killed countless irdegh of all types: vanilla, venomous, piercing, even ancient piercing. my pores have gushed with poison. how many more kills should i expect before it drops?

a more general question: are drops generated randomly after you kill the creature or the moment the creature materializes? ie if i save standing in front of the creature that drops what i need, then repeatedly reload and kill it, am i wasting my time?

thanks for the info! i've wasted significant time killing spawn and standard irdegh. seeing the light at the end of the tunnel helps a lot. save cheating breaks immersion for me so i'm gonna try to hold out. this powerful of a curse is supposed to be painful!
