IMO critical hits are a bit underpowered novadays and those high lvl skills are useless until they work agains crit immune enemyes or are able to work with every hit .. . . .
so far i have not seen a single high level skills that will be useful to players (becuse they are too strong for them to have any useful effect), I think we should consentrate on creating a few low/mid level skills that would be more helpful for players for when the game is still challenging.
Something that maxes out at level 1 or 2 but can be obtained by level 20 or so.
